What data we store

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to BuildStack Pro, we store your page access token, account name, and account ID. We also store posts you have scheduled or published through the platform.

How to delete your data

1. Log in to BuildStack Pro
2. Go to Postly → Accounts for your project
3. Click the disconnect (unlink) button next to your Facebook or Instagram account
4. Your access token, account data, and associated posts are permanently removed

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also remove BuildStack Pro directly from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
2. Find BuildStackPro and click Remove
3. We will automatically receive a deletion request and remove your data within 24 hours
