Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BuildStackPro, we strive to provide a high-quality website generation and cloud deployment platform. Because our platform provides immediate access to digital infrastructure, credits, and proprietary generation tools, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all billing-related inquiries and returns.
1. Subscription Cancellations
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly through your Account Dashboard under the "Billing" or "Subscription" section.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the platform's features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Post-Cancellation: Once your billing period ends, your account will revert to a free or inactive tier. Any websites already deployed to your own cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) will remain active on those platforms and will not be deleted by BuildStackPro.
2. Refund Policy
As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable. Since our platform provides immediate value through AI-powered generation and deployment automation, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
2.1 Exceptions & Statutory Rights
- EU & UK Consumers: If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (the "cooling-off period"). However, by using the service to generate a website or deploy a site during this period, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance and waive your right to a full refund once the service has begun.
- Technical Failures: If a verified technical error on our platform prevents you from using the service you paid for, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout within 5–10 business days. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the exceptions above:
- Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Provide Details: Include your account email address and the specific reason for the request.
- Paddle Processing: Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, we will coordinate with them to process any approved refunds.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to contact our support team or Paddle’s customer service before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate termination of your account and the permanent removal of your data from our servers.
